If you are tabling, this means you are an Adoptee or Foster-founded or led organization/business that is providing resources, education, and support for our community, so you receive free access to the event.

You are allowed to sell products, promote yourself/org, and encourage people to hire you.

But, please be respectful of the attendees - pushy and aggressive sales and marketing behavior will not be tolerated.

Please send this event to others whom you think would find value in attending or sponsoring - we need your support to get the word out!

Date: November 13, 2026

Time: 3:30pm - 8:30pm. Tables will be open from 4:30PM - 8:30pm

Location: Theater J, 1529 Sixteenth Street, NW, Washington DC 20036

I understand that there will be a small table provided and chairs. I will provide my own tablecloth, materials and anything else I need to promote myself/org. Please note, no large signs or banners that take up space beyond the table itself is allowed due to limited space.

I will send my logo and understand that I will be added to the event website and materials as a "community partner"

By joining, I agree to conduct myself as a participant with behavior that is respectful to the facilitator and other participants. I will agree to support an environment of creating a safe and welcoming space for all who participate. I understand that if I do not agree with, or conduct myself to reflect respect and safety for all in this space, I may be asked to leave the event.

I agree to support this event by sharing this event with others to help encourage my network to attend the event or other forms of support. I will post the event on my socials and include information about this event to my email list.
